POLICIES & PAYMENT OPTIONS

We truly believe in the value of your chiropractic care for you and your family! Due to this we have created a pricing structure that allows care for ALL budgets and are able to participate in most insurance programs as well as accept accident and workers compensation cases.
​
For those who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, individual payment programs are available. We understand no one wants to build up a large bill and will work with you so that you and your family can receive complete care without undue financial difficulties. GROUP or INDIVIDUAL INSURANCE:
​
We currently take most insurance including, UHC, BCBS, Medica, Aetna, Medicare and Medicaid! Please call and ask if you do not see your insurance on this list as these are only the most common.
​
If your insurance company pays benefits, the only services you will be responsible for are any non-covered services, deductibles or co pays. If you have any questions at all regarding your financial responsibilities at our office, please do not hesitate to ask.
​
Please note that if your insurance company requires a referral and/or pre-authorization, it is your responsibility to obtain and provide it to our office prior to your visit. Failure to do so may result in denial from insurance and the balance will be your responsibility.

MEDICARE:
​
We are a participating provider with Medicare Part B. We agree to bill and accept contractual adjustements from medicare. There may be services and supplies rendered in our office that are NOT covered by Medicare and therefore require an Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN) be signed by the patient/Guarantor. By signing the ABN, it is understood that you are financially responsible for payment of any services and/or supplies that are not deemed medically necessary by Medicare.

No Insurance/Coverage?:
​
For those who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you do not have insurance or chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
We accept cash, credit card or check!

INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION:
​
If there is any financial hardship associated with starting or continuing care in our office, please understand that we have never refused any client due to their financial situation. Your health is our most important goal. We will individualize a plan for you for payment of services that both parties can agree on.

"ON THE JOB" INJURY (Worker's Compensation):
​
If you are injured on the job, your care should be paid under your employer's Worker's Compensation insurance. You will need to inform your employer of the accident and obtain the name and address of the carrier of their insurance.

PERSONAL INJURY or AUTO:
​
Please notify your auto insurance carrier of your visit to our office immediately. Notify us if an attorney is representing you. Although you are ultimately responsible for your bill, we will wait for your settlement claim for up to 6 months after your care is completed. Once the claim is settled or if you suspend or terminate care, any fees or services are due immediately.

It is our goal to actively help you and your family in taking responsibility for your health, wellness, and disease management. We aim to assist and guide you to take the time to care for the important people in your world. you and your family. In an effort to make living the wellness lifestyle as ease and affordable as possible, we can create a customized family plan that is specific to you and your family.
HEALTH ON A BUDGET
We are convinced that just a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset -- your health -- will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to rediscover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us -- we can help! The last thing that we want is for you to come to our center in crisis. So we would please like to encourage you to take your health very seriously. As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything.
